It is my pleasure to welcome you to the virtual home of the UNC Center for Heart and Vascular Care. Our center encompasses all clinical care of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Our physicians are a collaborative group of cardiologists, vascular and cardiac surgeons, and interventional radiologists, joined by a dedicated nursing staff and support personnel.

In order to provide a seamless, integrated, and caring experience, we place the patient at the center of our treatment plan. We also value our relationships with primary physicians who know our patients best, and include them in treatment decisions whenever possible. To ensure that communications, scheduling, and transfers with UNC are simple and quick, we have designed a user-friendly communications system called Open Access.

Ultimately, our goal at the UNC Center for Heart and Vascular Care is to provide the best care and the best service for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
